Former MLB pitcher Scott Linebrink reflects on similarities between the building of the Old Testament temple and how God is shaping us today for His kingdom:

“The stones had to be chiseled perfectly so that when they made the trek across to the temple sight they would fit perfectly,” says Scott. “We are living in the quarry and we have rough edges that don’t fit quite right, but God is continually chiseling those edges to shape us so that when we get to Heaven, we will fit perfectly.”
